The following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the purchase and sale of products from Sadhz Craft Boutique (hereinafter referred to as “Sadhz”).

  1. Prices and Payment
    a. Prices of the products shall be as specified in Sadhz Craft Boutique product catalog, and shall be subject to change without prior notice.
    b. Payment for Sadhz Craft Boutique products shall be made in full and in advance of delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  2. Delivery
    a. Sadhz Craft Boutique shall use its reasonable efforts to deliver the product within the estimated delivery date specified in the product catalog.
    b. Sadhz Craft Boutique shall not be liable for any delays in delivery due to force majeure, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, Lockdown or other causes beyond Sadhz Craft Boutique reasonable control.
  3. Cancellation
    a. The purchaser shall have the right to cancel the order within 24 hours of the placed order unless the order is regarding handcraft or personalized items which cannot be cancelled once crafted.
    b. The purchaser shall be liable for any and all costs associated with the cancellation.
  4. Returns
    a. If a product is defective, Sadhz craft boutique shall either provide a replacement product or issue a refund in accordance with the seller’s return policy

Sadhz Craft Boutique’s return policy is as follows:

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  2. All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  3. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the purchase.
  4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on the part of Sadhz Craft Boutique.
  6. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.
